This is the absolute best eye cream I have ever used. I usually have a little bit of puffiness and some dark circles under my eyes, especially when the weather changes. This eye cream diminishes both the puffiness and brightens up the dark circles. Even though it is designated as a PM cream, I do occassionally use it during the day but only on cloudy days or when I will not be in direct daylight or when staying inside.
